Before reaching out

  • "The inspection could not be completed" — this is usually a temporary browser-launch issue on our side, not a problem with your site. Try again in a moment; if it keeps happening on the same URL, let us know.
  • "Free-tier limit reached" — each product allows a limited number of scans per day per visitor. This resets after 24 hours, or purchase credits for higher limits.
  • A finding you believe is wrong: every finding includes the exact observed evidence (a selector, an HTTP status, an HMAC-verifiable claim, etc.) — check that section first, since findings are generated from a real browser session, not an AI guess.

Contact

Every scan result and every purchase has a "Report a problem" link right next to it — use that first, since it automatically attaches the exact order or scan you're asking about. You can also see everything you've bought, every scan you've run, and every report you've filed at My Account.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in this service, please report it privately rather than filing a public issue.
