Terms of Service

A real draft describing this application's actual behaviour, not yet reviewed by a lawyer — complete the placeholders below and have it reviewed before relying on it commercially.

Authorised use only

You may only submit a URL for inspection that you own, operate, or are otherwise authorised to have automatically inspected. Submitting a third party's website without authorisation is a violation of these terms, and may violate that site's own terms of service or applicable law.

What the service does

The service crawls a submitted URL, loads its pages in a real browser, and runs automated checks (accessibility, technical health, performance, SEO, site structure, and related audits depending on the product used). Certain audits click links or navigation elements in a read-only way; the service never fills in or submits forms on the target site.

No guarantee of completeness

Findings are evidence-based and generated from an actual browser session, but the service does not guarantee it will find every issue on a site, nor that a finding constitutes legal, accessibility, or compliance advice. Reports are a technical aid, not a substitute for professional review where one is required (e.g. a formal accessibility audit for legal compliance purposes).

Free tier and credits

Free-tier scans are limited in page count and frequency per visitor, enforced on a best-effort basis. Purchased credits are consumed per scan at the rate shown for each product at the time of purchase and are non-refundable once a scan has been run, except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use this service to: probe, scan, or inspect infrastructure you are not authorised to access; attempt to circumvent rate limits or abuse the free tier at scale; or use the service in a way that could disrupt the availability of the underlying inspection infrastructure for other users.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without uptime guarantees at this stage. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this service.
